Hops Flower Capsules are herbal supplements made from the cone-shaped female flowers of Humulus lupulus, the same plant that gives beer its bitterness and aroma. Long before hops became central to brewing, they were used in European herbal practice as a calming herb for restlessness and sleep.

Hops are climbing vines that grow up tall strings or poles, sometimes reaching six metres in a single season. Germany, the United States and the Czech Republic are among the largest growers. Safety Notes
Hops can cause drowsiness and may add to the effect of alcohol, sedatives and sleep medicines. Users should avoid driving after taking sleep formulas.
