About Chamomile
Chamomile has been used since ancient Egypt, where it was dedicated to the sun god Ra. The name comes from the Greek for "earth apple", because of its sweet, apple-like scent. It is one of the most widely used herbs in Europe, especially in Germany, where chamomile tea is a household staple for upset stomachs and restless nights.

Formulation Options

Safety Notes
Chamomile belongs to the daisy family, so people allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums or marigolds should avoid it. It may add to the effect of sedatives and alcohol, and may interact with blood thinners such as warfarin. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek advice before using concentrated chamomile supplements.
