By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have authority to bind the business you represent.
3. Use of This Website
You may use this website to learn about our company and Products and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the website using automated tools without our written permission;
- upload or transmit viruses or any harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- send false, misleading or spam enquiries, or impersonate another person or business.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos and the Arizone name, belongs to Arizone International LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Some category images are used under Creative Commons licences, as credited in the website footer. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Product Information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, specifications, images and category information are provided for general reference only. Images may be representative and the actual product may look different. The binding specification for any Product is the specification sheet, Certificate of Analysis (COA) or other document agreed in the Contract. Availability, minimum order quantities and prices are confirmed only through a written quotation.
6. No Medical or Health Advice
Information about herbs, botanical ingredients, essential oils and nutraceuticals on this website is provided for business and general information purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. References to traditional use or scientific research do not mean that a product is approved for any health claim.
7. Regulatory Responsibility of the Buyer
You are responsible for making sure that the Products, and any finished goods you make from them, meet the laws of the country where they will be imported, sold or used. This includes product registrations, permitted ingredients and dosage limits, labelling, health and nutrition claims, and import permits. We will provide the product documents we hold, such as the COA, specification sheet and MSDS, and certificates agreed in the Contract, to help you with this.
8. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
- An enquiry sent through this website is not an order and does not bind either party.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 15 days. Prices may change after that because of raw material, currency or freight costs.
- An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing, and, where the Contract requires, when we receive the agreed advance payment.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Contract, the Contract will apply.
- Changes or cancellations after confirmation require our written agreement, and you may have to pay for costs already incurred, such as raw materials purchased or production already started.
9. Samples
Samples are provided for evaluation only and may be charged, together with courier costs, unless we agree otherwise. Samples are representative of the product at the time they are sent. Bulk supply will match the agreed specification, within the normal natural variation of botanical materials.
10. Prices and Payment
Prices, currency, payment terms and payment method are stated in the quotation or Contract. Unless agreed otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes, bank charges or other costs in the destination country, which are paid by the Buyer. Where payment is late, we may delay or suspend delivery until payment is received.
11. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms are based on the Incoterms® 2020 rules stated in the Contract, for example FOB, CIF or EXW. Risk and responsibility pass to the Buyer as set out in that Incoterm. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, ports, customs, weather or other events outside our control. We will prepare the export documents agreed in the Contract.
12. Quality, Inspection and Claims
- We supply Products that meet the specification agreed in the Contract, supported by a COA for each batch.
- You should inspect the goods on arrival. Any claim for shortage, damage or quality must be made in writing within the period stated in the Contract or, if no period is stated, within 15 days of the goods arriving at the destination, together with photographs, batch numbers and, for quality claims, a report from an accredited laboratory.
- We keep retention samples of each batch. If there is a difference between test results, both parties may agree to have the retention sample tested by an independent accredited laboratory, whose result will be accepted by both parties.
- If a claim is accepted, we will, at our choice, replace the affected goods, issue a credit note or refund the price of the affected goods.
- Claims cannot be accepted where the goods have been stored, handled or processed incorrectly after delivery.
13. Private Label and Custom Formulation
For private label, contract manufacturing and custom formulation orders, you are responsible for your brand name, artwork, label content and product claims, and you confirm that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. Formulations developed by us remain our intellectual property unless the Contract states otherwise. Each party will keep the other's confidential business information confidential.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or production, arising from the use of this website or from any Contract. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Contract will not exceed the price paid for the Products that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your failure to meet the regulatory requirements of your market, or the labels, claims or marketing of finished products made or sold by you.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, crop failure, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, port closures or shortages of shipping space. The affected party will inform the other promptly. If the event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected part of the Contract without penalty.
17. Export Controls, Sanctions and Compliance
Both parties will comply with applicable export control, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering laws. We may refuse or cancel an order if completing it would break any such law. You agree not to re-export the Products to any destination or person in breach of these laws.
18. Privacy

19. Links to Other Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of India. Both parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith through discussion. If a dispute cannot be settled, the courts at Daman, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the Contract provides for arbitration or a different forum.

- If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under a Contract without our written consent.
