Arizone International LLP ("Arizone", "we", "us" or "our") is a manufacturer and exporter of herbal extracts, herbs, essential and carrier oils, capsules and nutraceutical products, based in Daman, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or deal with us as a buyer, supplier or business contact, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
We have written this policy to meet the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other data protection laws listed in Section 11.
1. Who We Are
The organisation responsible for your personal information (the "data fiduciary" under Indian law and the "controller" under the GDPR) is:
- Arizone International LLP
- Sr. No. 653/1, Plot No 16, Somnath CO-OP INDL SOC LTD., Somnath Road, Somnath, Dabhel, Daman, 396210, India
- Email: info@arizoneinternational.com
- Phone: +91 85111 77341
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers personal information we handle through this website, through our enquiry and quotation forms, by email, phone and messaging, and in the course of doing business with our customers, suppliers and partners. Our products and services are offered to businesses. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact page or the "Request a Quote" form, we collect your name, email address, country, phone number (with its country code), company name, the product and quantity you are interested in and the message you write. When you email, call or message us, or place an order, we may also collect your job title, business address, shipping and billing details, tax and trade registration numbers (such as GST, VAT or IEC numbers), and any documents you share with us for the order.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form, we record the date and time, the page you sent it from and your IP address, together with your enquiry. To keep our forms free of spam, submissions are checked automatically (for example, for web links or for being sent too quickly); a submission that is blocked is not emailed to us, but its time, reason, IP address, name, email and the start of the message are kept in a security log for up to 12 months. Like most websites, our hosting server also keeps technical logs of visits, which can include your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request and the time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, our analytics and advertising partners also collect information about how you use the website, such as the pages you visit, how you reached us (for example, from a search engine or an ad), your approximate location based on your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use (see Section 5).
Information from other sources. We may receive business contact details from trade fairs, business directories, referrals or publicly available company information when you or your organisation are a potential customer or supplier.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive personal information such as health, financial account passwords, biometric or religious information through this website.
4. How and Why We Use Your Information
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry, sending quotations, product specifications, certificates and samples | Your request and steps taken before entering into a contract; your consent where required |
| Processing and delivering orders, invoicing, payments, shipping and export documentation | Performance of a contract |
| Keeping accounting, tax, customs and regulatory records | Compliance with legal obligations |
| Keeping the website secure, preventing spam and fraud, and fixing technical problems | Our legitimate interests in running a safe website |
| Sending product updates, price lists or news to business contacts | Our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it. You can opt out at any time. |
| Understanding how visitors find and use our website (website analytics and session recordings), so we can improve it | Your consent where the law requires it (for example in the EU, UK and Brazil); otherwise our legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time. |
| Measuring our online advertising and showing our ads to people who have visited our website | Your consent where the law requires it; otherwise our legitimate interests, with the right to opt out at any time. |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Our legitimate interests and legal obligations |
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. Where you allow marketing cookies, some information about your visit is shared with advertising partners to measure and show our ads (see Sections 5 and 11).
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as tags and pixels, work in a similar way. We group them into three categories:
- Essential cookies are needed for the website to work and are always on.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors find and use the website, which pages are useful and where people have difficulty, so we can improve it.
- Marketing cookies help us measure the results of our online advertising, for example whether an ad led to an enquiry, and show our ads to people who have visited our website.
Depending on the services we have switched on at the time of your visit, the following cookies may be used:
| Provider / Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arizone: az_consent | Essential | Remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every page | 180 days |
| Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_<ID> | Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions to produce statistics about website use | Up to 2 years |
| Microsoft Clarity: _clck, _clsk, CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, SM, MR | Analytics | Records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to create heatmaps and session recordings; typed text and form entries are masked | From the end of the session up to 1 year |
| Google Ads: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, and Google advertising cookies such as IDE and NID on Google domains | Marketing | Measures conversions from our Google ads, such as enquiries, and allows us to show ads to previous visitors | Up to 13 months |
When optional cookies run. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Turkey, China, South Korea and Thailand, analytics and marketing cookies are off until you allow them in our cookie banner. For visitors in other countries, they are on by default and you can switch them off at any time. We use Google Consent Mode, which tells Google services about your choice so that they do not store analytics or advertising cookies unless you have allowed them.
Other tools we may add. We may add other analytics, advertising or social media tools in future, such as additional search engine or advertising platforms. Any such tool will be placed in the Analytics or Marketing category, will follow your choices in the same way, and will be listed in this policy.
Search engine tools. We use webmaster services from search engines such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and similar services from other search engines to monitor how our website appears in search results. These services do not place cookies on your device through our website. They give us summary reports, such as the search terms that led to our pages, and do not tell us who you are.
Third-party resources. The fonts and icons on this website are hosted on our own server, so loading our pages does not send your IP address to font or icon providers such as Google Fonts.
Your choices. You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie & Privacy Choices" link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage Google's advertising settings at adssettings.google.com, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of marketing cookies. More information about how these providers use data is available in How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Who We Share Your Information With
We share personal information only where it is needed for the purposes above, and only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting provider and our email provider (Google Workspace), which delivers enquiry emails to our team;
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), which receive information about your visit, including your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you view, when you allow the relevant cookies. Google and Microsoft may also use this information for their own purposes, as described in their privacy policies;
- Logistics and trade partners such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, couriers, customs brokers, insurers, banks and payment providers, when needed to complete your order;
- Testing laboratories and certification bodies, where a test report or certificate is required for your order;
- Government and regulatory authorities, courts or law enforcement, when we are legally required to do so or need to protect our rights;
- A successor business, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, in which case your information will remain protected by this policy.
Our service providers may only use your information to provide services to us and are required to keep it secure and confidential.
7. International Transfers
We are based in India, and your information is stored and processed in India. Some of our service providers, such as Google (email, analytics and advertising) and Microsoft (Clarity), process data in other countries, including the United States. Google and Microsoft participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. When we deal with export customers, information may also be transferred to the destination country as part of the shipment and its documents. Where the law of your country requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract you have asked us to enter into.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence;
- Customer, supplier and order records: for as long as required by Indian tax, customs, foreign trade and LLP law, generally up to 8 years after the end of the financial year in which the transaction took place;
- Website server logs: for short periods, normally not more than 12 months, unless needed to investigate a security issue;
- Marketing contact lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
9. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website, access controls on our systems and email, and limiting access to the staff who need the information to do their jobs. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires us to.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
- have your information deleted when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent;
